They must bring him back so that the present will be the present and not something frightening.Evolution has been rewritten...distorted. Everything is different in the present world...animals, plants, people and landforms have been transformed...in fact if not stopped, the human race may be replaced with who knows what?Not only an exciting and adventurous read, but Beck also has us ponder and imagine...if one travels back in the past and changes something, will that change reshape the course of evolution as we know it? Mind-boggling!His end notes are extremely informative and educational in all three of the Primordia series.

Been reading this author since his debut novel. Just finished this latest of the trilogy, and even though it was entertaining, I found it had various problems.First off, I just cannot swallow that even a trained Special Forces soldier could survive the dinosaur timeline without hi-tech gear and weaponry for a decade, much less a 'Doctor/scientist's type.I love the pacing and concept, and Neck knows how to pen action sequences. Still like the original series Greig Beck writes - Alex Hunter.

This book was a lot of fun to read. The author's description of prehistoric life and being back in that time was pretty amazing. What was even more amazing and fun to read was how the future is affected if you mess with the past. I can't go into much detail as I feel it would ruin it the "surprises" of anyone who decides to read it. All I will say is that if you read the first two books then you have to read this. You will not be disappointed!

Beck never fails to disappoint, and even with something to hard to write without issues as time travel and the Butterfly Effect, this book never confuses or confounds the timeline.Great action and great writing, as always.

This is a good read and the end of the series. The characters are a little shallow, but the concept of the series is great and the action is non-stop. The ending was a little out there but it still was a good book.

This story seems to wrap up the story line nicely, all the twists of time travel are explored and it is always good for the story to end on a positive note.Will the comet come back ? who knows.....

This book was a good read and a good end to the Primordia Trilogy. It was interesting to see how much change one single person could bring about! I really enjoyed these books!

"A one-liner often is a factual statement with a joke attached to it. It's a straight line and a punchline: `Ronald Reagan is one politician who never lied, cheated, or stole. He always had a agent who did that for him" (Exercise 4, page 7).General Stand-Up Writing. Suppose you are doing gags about mean bosses and "are on the subtopic of `just how mean he is': `I work for a mean boss. The guy has a black belt in management. Even as a working stand up comedian it helps keep my brain agile and always moving forward. I love waking up, having a cigarette and a cup of coffee and going through a couple of exercises. I would recommend having a notebook just for the exercises, it will come in handy so you're not mixing up whats an exercise and whats a joke idea you came up with during the day. Highly recommend! PS Don't smoke kids.

I'm enjoying the exercises, but the writing isn't great. Things are said 3 to 4 different ways and over explained. It feels insulting and like he needed to extend the page count. I thought about returning it for that reason alone, but I won't because the exercises are new to me and I think they will get me trained up the way I want.

I love the simplicity of the layout and the assignments provided. Definitely increased my skills.

It is a great book that I use as a sort of technique book, when appropriate.I first have her analyze the exercise-- finding the pattern -- then I show her how she can improvise within the exercise, once she has conquered the exercise. It has gotten her excited about learning the "boring" stuff.

So, I bought this because I will NEVER be even close to playing as Oscar, BUT now I can pretend. I read music well and enjoy these easy to more advance exercises, plus. I'm going to keep it, but not sure I needed to buy it for myself to become a better pianist. Intermediate to entering Advance piano levels will enjoy this book and learn a bit of Oscar's inside music improv.

This is not what I expected. Pieces are not very interesting and my students, excited by the cover and premise of the book, were less than eager to work on it.

Excellent! Wish I bought it long ago. definitely helps with learning fingering techniques, building strength and dexterity. great for anyone especially for beginners.

The exercises start out simply and progresse to more difficult exercises. I would recommend this book to any person trying to become acquainted with the marvelous way that Oscar Peterson played Jazz.

Enjoy bits of the genius of Oscar Peterson. I'll be playing these over and over.

Did not like these exercises at all. Maybe I'm missing the long term effect of using them, but they are boring and much too simple for me.

Very helpful learning tool better than expected these exercises etc are in key of C F G B flat and E flat
