Narrows down exactly when you need to know about each disease/disorder. I recommend to anyone in med-surg nursing for a quick rundown when studying for HESI or NCLEX.I do wish that the key concepts had page numbers next to them, it would make it easier to navigate.Something I've noticed is that some chapters, like chapter 6 (musculoskeletal), have a printing error. It says osteoarthritis is number 6 but it is actually number 4 in order of key concepts. Therefore, mixing up the rest of them and putting them in the wrong order. Doesn't really make a difference I guess, but hopefully in the next edition it'll be fixed.
Great book teaches you the most important facts, everything is neat & in order perfect for nursing school classes
Either the author doesn’t know what he’s talking about, or he wrote this book in a hurry without editing. Chapter one review questions have 14 questions, but the answer key only shows 10. THERE ARE NUMEROUS WRONG ANSWER KEYS. And even some of the content is wrong. DO NOT BUY THIS BOOK!
